Forge Motorsport Oil Cooler Kit – VW T5.1 2.0 BiTDI 180PS (FMOCT52)
Help keep engine oil temperatures under control with this Forge Motorsport oil cooler kit, designed specifically for the VW Transporter T5.1 2.0 BiTDI 180PS.
The kit uses a 13-row oil cooler to provide additional cooling capacity when the engine is working under sustained load. It is particularly beneficial for tuned or remapped vans, as well as vehicles used for towing, long-distance driving or travelling in warmer climates.
A thermostatic sandwich plate controls the flow of oil through the cooler and opens at approximately 92°C. Therefore, the engine can warm up normally before the additional cooling begins.
By helping to maintain lower and more consistent oil temperatures, this kit reduces thermal stress and supports dependable engine performance during demanding use.
Important Intercooler Requirement
This oil cooler kit is not a standalone installation. It can only be fitted alongside the Forge Motorsport uprated intercooler, part number FMINTVWT52.

Please ensure the compatible intercooler is already fitted or being installed at the same time.
