T5 and T6 passenger Rusty Lee Sliding double swivel base

- External Spring-Loaded locking pins. No more having to remove items under the seat to unlock it like other models.
- No Cover Plate to store away while in use
- 3 Separate locking positions: 1 – Travelling Positions. 2 – Rotated & Extended into the rear of the van. 3 – Rotated and pushed back into cab of the van.
