The DS-H10 horizontal cable seal from Scanstrut offers the ideal solution for waterproof cable routing through decks and bulkheads. Additionally, it’s perfect for installing antenna and navigation light cables. A tapered gland envelops the cable, forming a watertight seal. Meanwhile, a closed-cell foam gasket between the housing and the deck ensures a 100% watertight fitting. Furthermore, all fixings consist of 316 stainless steel, resisting corrosion in marine environments. The housing, made from tough, impact-resistant plastic, features rounded edges to prevent catching. Moreover, the unit comes with both pre-drilled seals (suitable for cables with 6-10mm diameter) and a blank seal for self-drilling.
