The Ovano Switch for VW Transporter T7 and Ford Transit Custom is a modular bed and storage system designed to adapt instantly between work, travel, and everyday use — without committing to a permanent conversion.
Built in the UK from black phenolic birch plywood, stainless steel hardware, and heavy-duty components, the Switch is engineered for real-world abuse and long-term reliability. From secure tool storage during the week to a full-width sleeping platform at the weekend, it delivers true flexibility in a single unit.

- Primary material: 18mm black hexa-grip phenolic-coated A-grade birch plywood
- All cut edges chamfered and sealed (double-coated in high-traffic areas)
- Surface-mounted flush hinges: A4 stainless steel (marine grade)
- Drawer runners: 180kg heavy-duty locking runners, galvanised steel
- Bulkhead restraint: Dyneema-cored braided line (stronger than steel)
- Threaded inserts used throughout — no wood screws
